Water – The Ultimate Diet Secret
According to the original protocol, we are recommended to drink about 2 liters of water a day while on this diet. When we plateau, we get frustrated. But not anymore! One of the BEST ways to overcome a plateau and lose weight faster while on the diet, is to DRINK MORE WATER! We have found with our customers, that drinking a minimum of 2 liters a day is good, but drinking as much as 4 liters a day will help the numbers on your scale to drop faster! That’s a lot of water!
We had one customer who would continually get frustrated with her plateau. We suggested she add an additional liter of water to her daily intake. Her comment was that she always had a tall glass of water with her. BUT – she didn’t realize that she wasn’t actually drinking it! We challenged her to actually keep track of her intake by filling a 2-liter bottle with water and making sure that by 5:00 p.m. each day that it was empty. That way, she drinks the right amount of water for the protocol and anything else she drink the remainder of the day is a bonus for extra weight loss!
That’s our challenge to you. Drink 2-4 liters of water throughout your protocol. You will notice a change in the scale (it will go down!) AND you will feel better overall! Good luck!
