How Long to Wait Between Protocols
This is an important question that we get asked over and over again. According to the original diet plan, it is suggested that you wait 3 weeks in between protocols if you were on the 23 Day Program. If you were on the diet for the 40 Day Protocol, you will want to wait 4-6 weeks.
Those numbers are alright, but would you like to know our recommendation? We suggest waiting a minimum of 4 weeks after being on the 23 Day Program. For the 40 Day Program, we recommend a minimum of 6 weeks. Again, these suggestions are based on our experience with our clients. Your body will build up an immunity to the HCG while you are on the diet (that is why you will tend lose a lot during the beginning of the protocol, and less towards the end). When you stay off the HCG for a longer period of time, you will increase the amount of weight that you will lose on your next protocol. Trust us. We know.
