So, this is your 2nd (or 3rd, or 4th) Protocol…

It’s not uncommon for some of us to repeat the HCG Protocol a few times to make sure we get as close to our ideal weight as possible.  BUT, here’s another secret:

You DO NOT want to load on additional protocols!

Why, you ask?  Because when your body has become “used to” the HCG hormone, you will gain more weight faster during those load days.  It’s weird, but true. We have found that our clients that have loaded on their additional protocols have a harder time losing that added weight.  Honestly, we are not sure why.  We just pass on to you, our reader, what we have learned from other’s experiences.  So, just go ahead and start the 500 calorie diet on the first day you start the drops.  We promise you won’t miss those load days (and neither will your hips!)
