RETURN POLICY

We accept returns of unopened items within 30 days of sales receipt. You must contact us at contact@hcgthinsolution.com prior to returning an item. We will credit your credit or debit card for the purchase price less shipping charges and a restocking fee of 15%. Any refused or canceled order that has shipped, is subject to a 15% restocking/cancellation fee, plus actual shipping fees and/or return shipping fees. All temperature sensitive products are non-refundable.
